Kyle Brown

Pastor

Kyle is a native of Sioux Falls and a 20-year veteran of the Air Force. Kyle’s journey led him to be part of two church plants during his military service in Texas and Alaska. In Alaska, he served as an associate pastor for a decade before returning to South Dakota. Kyle is married to Bethany and is a proud father of four wonderful children. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and tending to his garden.

Eric Beekhuizen

Youth Pastor

Eric grew up in southeast Iowa before attending Dordt College. While attending college, he worked at a summer camp where he met his wife, Rochelle. After getting married in 2015 they have lived in Sioux Falls and Arkansas before moving to Brandon in October of 2021. They are blessed with 4 wonderful children and enjoy making memories with them. Through his work at camp and other youth groups, Eric has developed a passion for working with youth and is excited to get involved with youth ministry again. He enjoys being outside camping and disc golfing in his free time.

Sarah Driver

Children’s Pastor

Sarah grew up in south-central Wisconsin and moved to Brandon, South Dakota, in 2021. She and her husband, Steven, have built their marriage on a firm foundation of God’s promises, creating a home rooted in faith and love. They are blessed with six amazing children and cherish making memories together through camping, exploring new places, and visiting family.

Sarah brings her deep love for faith, family, and intentional living into her role as Director of Children’s Ministry. With a heart for nurturing young hearts and minds, she has a vision to create an engaging, Christ-centered program that inspires children to grow in their faith and walk confidently with Jesus.

Mike Brown

Executive Pastor

Mike has 30 years of pastoral ministry with an MDiv from North American Baptist Seminary.  Most of his ministry has been focused in the area of starting and resourcing new churches and supporting pastors. He’s a proud father of 3 and papa of 9 grandchildren. In his free time, Mike enjoys the outdoors, camping, gardening, movies and reading.

Tina Woestman

Adult Ministry Director

Tina grew up in southwest Minnesota and met her husband Tony while attending Iowa State University for her undergraduate degree. Since then, she has moved cross-country four times in support of her husband’s Army career, which brought them to Brandon a couple of years ago. Through this experience, she has attended churches of varied sizes and in different stages and has witnessed God making great things happen time and time again. She has a passion for helping others unpack Biblical truths that help address life’s confusing and hard challenges as well as building a community that supports one another’s needs. Tina is a proud mother of two boys, and she spends her free time with family, attending sporting events, rock climbing, and attempting to garden.

Kara Hansen

Worship Director

Kara spent her early childhood years in Sioux Falls before moving to Brandon her freshman year of high school (Go Lynx!). There she met her high school sweetheart and now husband, Aaron. Together they have three precocious and energetic children. Kara has served as a worship leader in churches and Bible study groups for several years (she can’t remember how many because…kids). Her passion is to help people feel God’s presence through music. She loves reading, gardening, and making all things sourdough in her spare time.

Megan Crevier

Connections Director

Megan met her best friend Chase in Sioux Falls in 2008. They later married and had two boys who their worlds revolve around. As a family, they enjoy hiking, camping, fishing and going on family adventures. Megan loves to help others and is excited to help others find their gifts and passions through God’s work.

Samantha Doerr

Outreach Director

Samantha grew up in Yankton and met her husband, Nate, while in high school. They married in 2013 and are now raising three sons and a daughter. Samantha has a heart for helping others and looks forward to creating opportunities for the church to serve and bless the community. She is excited to connect the church with the community and create spaces where people feel welcomed and cared for. Outside of ministry, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, experimenting with sourdough, and taking trips together.

Melissa Olivier

Communications Director

Melissa grew up in northwest Iowa before meeting her husband, Gerod. God has blessed them with four beautiful daughters—and plenty of hair to go with them. In 2020, they planted their roots in Brandon, where they love being part of this community and church family. Melissa enjoys traveling and exploring God’s creation with her family, spending time gardening, and sprint car racing. She is grateful for the ways God continues to lead and grow her family as she serves Him.
